Surf is an app where you describe what you want to watch and get a continuous stream of short videos.
How to reach us
Write to the address below in English or Russian. Include your Surf handle, what happened and when, and a link to the video if your question is about one. We read every message and reply in the order received.
Common questions
I cannot sign in
On the sign-in screen choose password recovery — a code is sent to the account email. If you signed up with Apple or Google, use the same button you used then.
How to delete my account
In the app: profile menu → “Data and consents” → “Delete account”. The account, profile, videos and history are erased permanently.
Reporting a video, comment or profile
A report control is available on the video itself, on each comment and on the author profile, together with blocking the author. If you cannot open the app, write to us by email.
Age access
Registration in Surf is available from the age of 16. Every video carries an age marking, and you can choose a stricter limit than your own age in the settings.

Rightsholder notices are accepted through a separate form. Copyright notices
Data and privacy
What data is processed, by whom and on what basis is described in the privacy policy. Consents given in the app are withdrawn in “Data and consents”. Surf legal documents
